This weekend offers plenty of opportunities to imbibe, from beer festivals to vodka tastings to our annual Taste & Toast at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. You can also watch several of the city's top female chefs go head to head in a competition.
"Join the Young Friends of the Garden for the twelfth annual Fest-of-Ale! Celebrate local beer as the region's microbreweries bring their best offerings to the Garden for tasting. "4 Hands Brewing Co.'s Lupulin Carnival, The Greatest Beer Show on Earth, is moving to the Big Top this year! This event is the celebration of the hop and the release of War Hammer Imperial IPA. To celebrate 4 Hands Brewing Co invites a variety of their favorite breweries from across the states to come to share a taste of their favorite beers. "To celebrate The Dog Haus’s grand opening they are hosting a street festival with live music and vendors. I will be serving up picadillo empanadas, spicy pork empanadas, pizza empanadas, & guava empanadas with sides of sweet plantain. As always everything made from scratch! "The Cook-Off is part of Bloom, The Women’s Creative spring pop up. The four female chef contestants, Mary Bogacki of Yolklore, Samantha Mitchell of Farmtruk, Ari Jo Ellis of Morning Glory and Marianne Moore of Marianne Moore Culinary, must all cook a creative dish using the same ingredient: honey from Faust Bee Ranch, a local farm located in LaBarque Creek.
