We know it can feel like a slog as we hit those last few weeks of winter, and we’ve got just the cocktail to help you push through to greener pastures. The Coal Miner’s Daughter features a surprisingly delicate flavor profile, and is a perfect match for your favorite bourbon. It comes from the (no longer operating) California spot Willie Jane, but you can duplicate the spicy, aromatic cocktail pretty easily on your own. Crank up the Loretta Lynn and give it a whirl.
