Lillet Rosé Collins

We’re loving that spring is finally here, and one of our favorite underrated drinks of spring is Lillet Rosé. The Lillet Rosé Collins is a great drink to sip to whet your appetite and perfect for a warm spring day. Lillet Rosé is a French aperitif, made from a combination of wine grapes and fruit liqueurs. The Collins is a great cocktail vehicle for it, punching up all the best parts of the base while staying refreshing and delicious.
