There has been a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and love put into this dining room and hope our guests enjoy the space. The kitchen will be open from 3pm to 9pm (or until we sellout). The place and bar will still be open an hour after. The menu will include brisket, pulled pork, ribs, macaroni and cheese, BBQ beans, banana pudding, and BURNT ENDS... 2019 Midwest Tea Festival

"The 5th Annual Midwest Tea Festival is coming back on September 7 & 8, 2019 from 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. Same venue as 2018, the Ararat Shrine Temple Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. For our 5th year, always learning, we have swapped out the tasting cafe sessions for a Tea Bar Experience! More people can participate, no additional cost and you get tickets when you arrive at the event. We will still have our main stage speakers which will also be free to attend and the hands-on workshops will still be available for additional fees. All of our vendors will still be in one big room so you are sure not to miss any chance to taste tea! If you like tea at all, even if you are just "tea-curious", you want to make sure you attend the original tea-only event in the Midwest region! As always, a portion of admission sales and all proceeds from raffles go to our local charitable partner, Literacy KC." Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Tickets are $13, available here.
