These cranberries get a kick from two habanero peppers, Grand Marnier, a bit of yellow onion and the juice of an orange.
Habanero Citrus Cranberry Sauce

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup yellow onion
- 2 habanero peppers, seeds removed
- 12 oz bag cranberries
- ⅓ cup Grand Marnier
- 1 orange, juiced
- Zest of juiced orange
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ tsp ground clove
| Preparation | Add oil and onion to a small pan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add cranberries, Grand Marnier, orange juice and zest; cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes until berries break down. Cool and serve.
