Fulton Café Chicken Fricassee

The  Chicken Fricassee at Fulton Café features chicken and potatoes cooked with onions, garlic, peppers, olives, raisins, peas, mojo and tomato sauce.

On a typical café menu, you can expect soups, sandwiches and coffee, but Fulton Café takes all of that and adds a Cuban spin. The popular Fulton, Missouri, restaurant combines classic American fare with traditional Cuban dishes for a menu that offers a little something for everywhere. And if you want to take a dive into the Cuban side of the cafe's offerings, we recommend taking home the Chicken Fricassee.

Chicken Fricassee, also known as Fricassee de Pollo, is a combination of chicken and potatoes cooked with garlic, peppers, olives, raisins, peas, mojo and tomato sauce. It also comes with rice, a side salad and a choice of either black beans or plantains for a full, well-balanced Cuban meal.

Not feeling like chicken? Other Cuban entrees include ropa vieja (shredded beef), puerco asado (roast pork) and camarones enchilados (shrimp creole).

Fulton Café is offering its menu for carryout, curbside pickup, limited dine-in and delivery through third-party apps.
