Las Margaritas Tacos Al Pastor

Tacos al pastor feature four soft tortillas with slow-roasted pork marinated in chile ancho salsa, topped with cilantro, onions and grilled pineapple.

When you think of Mexican restaurants in Columbia, Las Margaritas is certainly one of the first names that comes to mind. With three locations across the city, including its newest addition in downtown Columbia, you're bound to have a location close enough for a quick takeout run.

Las Margaritas offers a variety of taco fillings, from spicy chicken to steak to tilapia, but we recommend trying the tacos al pastor. Flour tortillas are filled with slow-roasted marinated pork and served with cilantro, onions and grilled pineapple; they're bursting with flavor.

If you're looking for something to wash it all down, consider picking up a Margarita to go. While you can order in a variety of flavors, the pineapple in the Piña Colada would pair perfectly with those tacos al pastor. Other options include classic lime, mango and watermelon.

Las Margaritas is offering its menu for takeout, curbside pickup and limited dine-in service.
