After four years and a stunning $50 million renovation, The Savoy Restaurant and Lounge has opened alongside a 120-room hotel and free 6,200-square-foot museum. The team leading up the restaurant and bar is equally impressive, featuring chef Joe West, food and beverage director Scott Tipton and beverage director Dominic Petrucci. The menu includes new takes on throwbacks like vichyssoise, steak tartare and prime rib alongside duck l'orange, potato gnocchi and a burger and fries.
