Culture Trippin' - Hawaii at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar

"Our intrepid leader, Chef Sheila Lucero (aka She), just got back from the Hawaiian Islands. She met with local fisherman, visited seafood markets, and dines at some of the state's most renowned restaurants. She discovered some exciting new dishes and a widespread dedication to sustainability that resonated with her own efforts at Jax. Throughout the month of August, we'll be showcasing some of the fish and flavors that inspired her the most on her trip. Specials offered Thursdays - Saturdays, rotating weekly determined by what's available and most fresh."
